Cancellation and Refund Policy for Brucira Online Solutions PVT LTD

1. Cancellation of Services

a. Client Initiated Cancellations: Clients may cancel services at any time by providing written notice to Brucira Online Solutions PVT LTD. The cancellation will be effective upon receipt of the notice.

b. Company Initiated Cancellations: Brucira Online Solutions PVT LTD reserves the right to cancel services at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, non-payment, violation of terms, or project scope changes.

2. Refund Policy

Our policy does not include refunds.

3. Design Revisions and Rejections

a. Design Revisions: Clients are entitled to a certain number of design revisions, as specified in their agreement with Brucira Online Solutions PVT LTD. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees as mentioned in the document mentioned above.

b. Design Rejections: If a client rejects the delivered design and chooses not to proceed with the project, they may not be eligible for a refund, and Brucira Online Solutions PVT LTD retains ownership of the work completed up to that point.

4. Force Majeure

Brucira Online Solutions PVT LTD shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this policy if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of war, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
