Product Designer
Are you a design wizard who can craft intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces? Do you have a passion for creating innovative products that users love? If so, we want you to join the Brucira team as our newest Product Designer!
Your Responsibilities will include:- Designing intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces and product features for different product environments like websites, web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience.
- Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and best practices.
- 3+ years of proven work experience in Product Design.
- Strong understanding of UI design principles and well versed with design tools such as Notion, Figma, Sketch, and Adobe.
- A strong research mindset and the ability to gather and analyze data to inform their design decisions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality written content for a variety of projects. You should be able to craft engaging and informative copy that effectively communicates ours as well as the client’s messages and appeals to their target audience.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the design team to develop content strategies that align with our client's goals and objectives.
- Write clear, compelling copy for websites, marketing materials, case studies and other projects as needed.
- Edit and proofread content for spelling and grammar.
- Research and stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in content writing.
- Contribute ideas and insights to improve the overall effectiveness of our content.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
- 3 years of professional writing experience, including writing for the web.
- Strong research and analytical skills.

HR Manager
We at Brucira are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our family. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all HR functions for our agency, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.
In addition to these, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our employee upskilling programs. We believe in investing in our team and providing opportunities for growth and development, and we are looking for an HR Manager who shares this belief and is passionate about helping our members reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Manage team relations, including addressing concerns and grievances, and enforcing company policies.
- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance and vacation/time off.
- Conduct performance evaluations and work with our team members to set and achieve performance goals.
- Contribute to the development of our upskilling programs.
